Completely overhauled in 2002, with regular 3,000 mile servicing taking place. The 1275 Cooper S engine, (+40 block) has been refurbished, with many new and re-conditioned parts keeping it in tip-top condition for the shows which it has been presented at, the pinnacle of which was as the lead car in the Mini 50 parade at the Goodwood Revival in 2009. New 'S' conrods, reconditioned twin SU 1.25" carburettors, dual core radiator, valves, close ratio gear set all a very small part of a huge list of engine excellence that drives this car along. New RC40 exhaust system in 2003. New clutch assembly, front discs, rear cylinders....the list goes on.
